Democrats Oppose Democracy

If you ask the real random man on the street what they think of Democratic activists, we're confident that the reaction would be scorn and disdain. Democratic activists are quite literally fringe factions that Madison feared most. These activists believe that judges should be super-legislators who make, rather than write, the law. That is one of the major reasons why Democratic Senators on the Senate Judiciary Committee are hastling Chief Justice designate John R. Roberts Jr to support the Roe v. Wade, the judicial activist decision that constitutionalized a one-size-fits-all approach to abortion law.

The Democrats believe that citizens in Alabama should not be able to write laws that left-wing latte drinkers in California and New York oppose. Such a position reflects the thinking of the englightened class of individuals who wish to rule by force rather than consent.
