Immigration should be reduced.

I think we might need a pause on immigration for 20 to 30 years. I don't think we have enough assimilation lately. The purpose of immigration is to benefit the existing American society. When we see protesters holding foreign flags, ballots in foreign languages, and thousands of refugees being brought to America who have hostile views of America, it is obvious that something is entirely wrong. At the very least, what we should consider doing is repealing all of the existing immigration laws (which would not allow any immigration) and starting from scratch and determining who we, as a people, believe should be allowed in. Congress has complete discretion on who we should allow in.
Further, allowing a lot fewer people allows the so-called screeners to have more time to evaluate who we are bringing in. I don't have much confidence in bureaucracy, but if you're bringing in millions of people, by definition, I am sure we're allowing in a lot of bad apples because there is no way to know who is really coming.

Ban Muslim Immigrants Now.

Diversity is not a strength!  How can it be that "diversity is our strength" when the evidence suggests otherwise?  Where is the evidence that admitting backward, third world losers actually helps our economy.  Banning Islam, Islamists, the Koran, and illiterate immigrants would benefit our country!

Donald Trump Failed the California Primary

It's funny how people claim that Donald Trump did spectacularly well in California. Actually, he did very poorly. Donald Trump received 787,408 votes in the California Republican primary, which was 77.4% of the vote. Let's compare this to other Republicans from the past: In 2000, George W. Bush was the Republican primary winner with 1,725,162 votes! In 2004, George W. Bush ran unopposed and got 2,216,047! He increased his share of the vote even when he was not running against anyone! In 2008, John McCain got 1,238,988 votes. In 2012, Mitt Romney received 1,328415 votes. Thus, Donald Trump's performance is the worst Republican winner of the California Primary in 16 years. Lots of Republicans are not voting for Mr. Trump. It's obvious. Not all of us have gone to Trump University.

"The Big Short' is an Indictment of Our Financial System

A lot of people incorrectly believe that the financial system is stable.  The biggest problem is that people interpret the status quo as stable when in fact there are many problems that underly our contemporary economy.  The wonderful book "The Big Short," shows that people who think critically may have a good chance of understanding inherent weaknesses that exist in our economy, and, even more importantly, may have an opportunity to place spectacular bets against irrationality.
