Incompetent Republicans like Mitch McConnell

Mitch McConnell, the United States Senate Majority Leader, has not passed a single major piece of legislation in the United States Senate.  You have to ask yourself why that is.  He has been in charge for quite some time and he just does not seem to have what it takes to get the job done.  Why not?  Is he is incompetent?  We certainly think so.  He seems to be more of a progressive or just plain incompetent at advancing conservative legislation.
